You can download your new patient forms if you wish to speed check-in at your initial visit. Be sure to bring your completed forms, as well as your insurance card, to your first appointment.

Your First Visit

During your time with us, we’ll focus entirely on your needs, comfort, and concerns. After we enter your new patient information in our system to establish you as a patient, you’ll meet Dr. Mighion for a comprehensive exam.

Your exam will cover all areas of your smile, including:

• Teeth
• Gums
• Bite alignment
• Existing dental work
• Jaw joint function
• Oral cancer screening
• Professional hygiene if applicable

Following your exam, Dr. Mighion will go over his findings with you and discuss recommended treatments. He’ll give you hope for a new, beautiful, healthy smile! A member of our front-office team will schedule your next treatment sessions.

Payment & Insurance Information

Our office accepts cash, checks, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We’ll file your dental insurance claim for you and work with your insurance company to expedite processing and maximize the benefits you’re owed.

If you prefer, you may finance your dental work, we offer several options for medical/dental third-party financing, including CareCredit, Springstone Financial and Compassionate Healthcare Services, as well as in-house financing plans. Ask us about them at your next dental visit.
